DMCA Policy
"Oscars Start Time" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "Oscars Start Time" service if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the "Oscars Start Time" website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, "Oscars Start Time" will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the website.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the "Oscars Start Time" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Please provide the following information in your Counter-Notification:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Include the URL(s) or other specific identification of the material before its removal or disablement.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "Oscars Start Time" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
